By using the Clozit platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Nature of Services
Clozit.tech provides a usage-based AI communication platform that enables users to create AI agents, run automated calling campaigns, and manage telephony infrastructure.
Services may include:
- AI voice agents
- automated call campaigns
- telephony integrations
- phone number provisioning
- AI processing and voice generation
- credit-based usage
Because the platform operates on real-time infrastructure and third-party telecom services, certain payments may not be refundable.
2. Credit-Based Usage
Clozit operates using a credit-based system.
Credits may be used for:
- AI processing
- voice generation
- automated calls
- telephony usage
- campaign execution
Once credits are used for platform services, they cannot be refunded or reversed.
Unused credits remain available in the user’s account until they are used or expire according to the applicable plan.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel any subscription or recurring service at any time through their account dashboard.
Important notes:
- Cancellation prevents future billing only.
- Previously charged subscription periods are non-refundable.
- Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Phone Number & Telephony Fees
Phone numbers and telephony services may be provided through third-party providers such as:
- Twilio
- Telnyx
- other telecom carriers
These services may include:
- phone number rental fees
- regulatory telecom charges
- usage-based call costs
Such charges are non-refundable once incurred.
5. Campaign Usage & AI Processing
Charges related to:
- call campaigns
- AI-generated responses
- voice synthesis
- call processing
are billed based on actual platform usage.
Once these services are executed, refunds cannot be issued.
6. Technical Errors
If credits are deducted due to a verified technical error on the Clozit platform, users may request a review.
After investigation, Clozit may at its sole discretion provide:
- credit adjustments
- replacement credits
Refunds in cash or bank transfer will generally not be issued for such cases.
7. Refund Requests
Users may submit refund or billing inquiries within 7 days of the transaction.

8. Violations & Abuse
Accounts found to be involved in:
- spam calling
- robocall abuse
- fraud
- harassment campaigns
- violation of telecom regulations
may be suspended or terminated immediately.
In such cases:
- no refunds will be issued
- remaining credits may be forfeited
9. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Clozit support may result in:
- immediate account suspension
- permanent termination of services
Users are encouraged to contact support before initiating payment disputes.
10. Changes to This Policy
Clozit reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
