1. About Clozit
Clozit.tech is an AI-powered communication platform that enables users to:
- Create AI calling agents
- Automate voice interactions
- Run outbound call campaigns
- Manage contacts and phone numbers
- Integrate with telephony providers and CRM tools
Clozit provides software infrastructure and automation tools but does not act as a telecommunication carrier.
Telephony services may be provided by third-party providers such as Twilio or Telnyx.
2. User Accounts
To use Clozit, users must:
- Create an account
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
Users are responsible for:
- All activity under their account
- Maintaining login credentials
- Any misuse of the platform
Clozit is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree NOT to use Clozit for:
- Spam calling
- Robocall scams
- Harassment or threatening calls
- Illegal telemarketing
- Fraud or impersonation
- Violating telecom regulations
- Political robocalls without compliance
- Unauthorized data collection
Users must comply with applicable laws including:
- TRAI regulations (India)
- TCPA regulations (US)
- Local telecommunication laws
Clozit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.
4. AI Agents & Automation
Clozit provides AI-generated responses through trained agents.
Users understand that:
- AI responses are generated automatically
- Clozit does not guarantee 100% accuracy
- Users are responsible for configuring AI agents appropriately
Clozit is not liable for:
- Incorrect AI responses
- Business losses from automated calls
- Misinterpretation by customers
5. Credits & Billing
Clozit operates on a credit-based system.
Credits may be used for:
- AI processing
- Voice synthesis
- Telephony usage
- Call campaigns
Important terms:
- Credits are deducted based on usage
- Credits once used cannot be reversed
- Credits may expire depending on the plan
Clozit reserves the right to modify pricing with notice.
6. Telephony Providers
Phone numbers and call infrastructure may be provided through third-party services including:
- Twilio
- Telnyx
- Other telecom providers
Clozit does not control:
- Carrier availability
- Call delivery rates
- Telecom network failures
Users must comply with the policies of those providers.
7. Data Responsibility
Users are responsible for all data uploaded including:
- Contact lists
- Phone numbers
- CRM data
- Campaign scripts
Users must ensure they have legal consent to contact recipients.
Clozit will not be responsible for legal claims arising from unauthorized contact lists.
8. Platform Availability
While we strive to provide reliable services, Clozit does not guarantee:
- 100% uptime
- uninterrupted service
- error-free performance
Service interruptions may occur due to:
- maintenance
- telecom provider outages
- server issues
- third-party failures
9. Suspension & Termination
Clozit may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Spam campaigns are reported
- Legal complaints are received
Accounts terminated for violations will not receive refunds.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content including:
- software
- design
- AI systems
- branding
belongs to Clozit.tech.
Users may not:
- reverse engineer the platform
- copy or replicate the system
- create derivative products
without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Clozit shall not be liable for:
- business losses
- missed calls
- failed campaigns
- telecom outages
- incorrect AI responses
- loss of revenue
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. Changes to Terms
Clozit may update these Terms at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
